The procedure is as follows

1. We’ll schedule a video call to talk in detail about your specific needs and concerns.
2. I’ll do the necessary research and work out the best next steps.
3. You’ll receive a quote for my services.
4. Once you’ve paid a 50% deposit, we’ll set a date to visit the relevant office (Immigration Office / Bank / Tax Office, etc.). I’ll let you know exactly which documents you need to bring.
5. We’ll attend the appointment together. In most cases, one visit is enough — but please allow plenty of time, as waiting times (especially at Immigration) can be long.
6. We’ll resolve your issue on the spot.
7. After the appointment, you pay the remaining 50% of my service fee in cash.
